Dates are currently ad-hoc while we resume regular sessions after the pandemic has had us closed down. You will be seated in groups of 6 or less and will be required to wear a face-covering when you are moving around the building. This can be removed when you are seated at your table.
Numbers are limited to 10 so you will need to book a space on each session, regrettably, it is not just a drop in however you can always book the night before or even on the morning you want to come. This system just helps us be sure not to have too many people in the unit or cars in the car park at any one time. Unlimited tea and coffee is included in your ticket price.
We ask that all craft club pupils either bring a mug from home or if they use one of ours that it is washed up and returned to the shelf at the end of the session.
If you’re struggling for ideas for things to work on why not try a charity knit or hook. We can suggest making a Twiddle Muff for an Alzheimers patient, tiny beanie hats for our local neonatal unit or perhaps hooking up some hats for the Innocent Smoothie campaign in aid of Age Concern. We would be happy to collect these items in and distribute them to the charities in question.
Please note that whilst other guests may be able to help you out with your projects there is no formal tuition available at these sessions.
