Description
Last Friday of the month.
Numbers are limited to 12 so you will need to book a space on each session, regrettably, it is not just a drop in however you can always book the night before or even on the morning you want to come. This system just helps us be sure not to have too many people in the unit or cars in the car park at any one time. Unlimited tea and coffee is included in your ticket price.
We ask that all craft club pupils either bring a mug from home or if they use one of ours that it is washed up and returned to the shelf at the end of the session.
If you’re struggling for ideas for things to work on why not try a charity knit or hook. We can suggest making a Twiddle Muff for an Alzheimers patient, tiny beanie hats for our local neonatal unit or perhaps hooking up some hats for the Innocent Smoothie campaign in aid of Age Concern. We would be happy to collect these items in and distribute them to the charities in question.
Please note that whilst other guests may be able to help you out with your projects there is no formal tuition available at these sessions.
As restrictions have now been lifted in the UK we will be going back to having 12 people at club. You will still be able to sit apart from each other if you wish and doors/windows will be open allowing fresh air. If you feel more comfortable wearing a face-covering please continue to do so, but it is not mandatory. It goes without saying that we would rather you did not attend if you are feeling poorly in any way or are told to isolate. We can reschedule your booking if this should happen.
