Janice Rohde –
Claire, the owner of BTHQ is an fabulous tutor. I naively thought the first lesson we would start by practicing sewing on scraps of material, how wrong I was! We were sent straight into making a quilted box which was amazing. The second week a tote bag and the third a zipped cushion cover. So many different techniques covered in 3 very enjoyable lessons. I have since purchased a sewing machine from Claire, which I am using to make all sorts of projects with confidence. This course is a definite ‘must do’ for any beginner.
