Here at Beautiful Things we are committed to building and maintaining the trust and confidence of our audience and customers. In particular, we want you to know that we would NEVER sell, rent or trade our email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.
We just don’t do that sort of thing it’s not nice and we are nice!

How we collect your information and what we do with it.
When you purchase something from our website, our system (WordPress) stores your name, address, phone number and email address. Having this information allows us to handle your booking, send you confirmation of orders and post any physical product to you.
We log this information on our booking system/calendar so we can see who is coming to our classes and inform you of any changes to dates and or times.
We do not store our customers credit or debit card details.
If you make a booking, place and order or email us with a query about our classes and or products we will add your details to our mailing list (hosted on Mailchimp). You will be sent an opt in email to confirm your subscription.
Mailchimp
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
Gmail
We use Gmail for all our company email. If you contact us on any email address ending in @clairemackaness.com your email address and email content will be stored on Gmail’s servers. When you place an online order, we receive a confirmation email to our admin@clairemackaness.com email address. In this email we receive your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address, as well as details of your order.
Access to your personal information
